A 50% deposit will be required for new clients and treatments over £50

A reminder text message will be sent prior to your appointment providing we have the correct number. 48 hours notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to do this will incur a 50% cancellation charge.

After two late cancellations (under 24hours) you will not be able to book another appointment.

A patch test is required for any tinting/ lash treatment.

Gift vouchers expire 6 months after the date of purchase and are non-refundable/transferable. They must be presented at reception when booking / before treatment.

Consultation forms must be filled out on the first visit. Any change in medical history should be advised.

For any reason you are over 15mins late for your appointment your treatment will either be rescheduled or reduced.  You may incur a 50% charge for rescheduling.

No Children under 16 unless it has been agreed prior.

Offers apply to full-priced treatments. One offer per visit.

One loyalty card can be used per visit.
